Annelise Hardin, DDS, MS
Dr. Hardin grew up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and graduated from Chapel Hill High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The Johns Hopkins University, where she double majored in Biology and Psychology and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society. Dr. Hardin continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she was named chief resident, and earned her specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry and her Master of Science degree.

Dr. Hardin is a recipient of the prestigious Richard Pugh Award. She was recognized at the Annual American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Meeting for scoring in the top 3% in the country on her Pediatric Board Exam.

Dr. Hardin's husband, Scott Hardin, is a general dentist practicing in Durham. They have a recent addition to their family, William James.

Research
Dr. Hardin’s master’s thesis was entitled Oral Health Knowledge of Caregivers in a Primary Care Setting. Her work centered on the necessary relationship between medical and dental professionals in the effort to educate caregivers about dental health.

Emily Hardin - Business Manager
Emily grew up in Cary, North Carolina and currently lives in Apex. Emily’s educational background includes a B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University. Emily’s hobbies include traveling, sewing, and spending time with her husband, Craig.

Emily has management consulting experience where she focused on business and process improvement of her client companies.  She has worked on several long-term projects with major corporations.
